Updated 16 Oct 2026. Astraveil is a self-reflection app with no accounts, no ads, no cross-app tracking and no data sales.
The data controller is the developer of Astraveil, the seller shown on the app's App Store page. For privacy requests, see Contact at the end of this page.
Your journal, reflections, optional birth date and consent choices stay on your iPhone. If you turn on Sync journal with iCloud, the journal is also kept in your private iCloud database (run by Apple), which we cannot read. Export or delete them in Me › Privacy & memory.
When you turn on AI readings, your question, the cards and the language are sent over an encrypted connection to our server on Cloudflare; the AI model also runs on Cloudflare (Workers AI) to write the reading. The content is not stored and AI gateway request logging is off. The server keeps only a random install id and a monthly usage count to enforce the free limit, plus an Apple App Attest key that shows requests come from the genuine app. If you subscribe to Premium, it also keeps the App Store subscription id (no name or email) to count Premium usage and honor refunds.
The AI Guide sends the cards and your short conversation the same way, without storing them. Your three latest journal reflections are added only if you turn on the separate cloud-memory switch, which you can turn off any time. The Premium weekly reflection sends only the journal entries you review and send, summarizes them once and discards them.
To see whether the app works well, it sends daily counts of a few steps (for example a finished reading or the Premium screen being shown) and MetricKit crash summaries (crash type, error code, app and iOS version). The server only adds them to daily totals: no install id, no IP address stored, never your question, reflections or reading text. These optional reports are off until you enable Me › Privacy & memory › Anonymous statistics; you can turn them off any time.
Deleting the app removes its local data, not prior iCloud records or server usage/purchase records. In Me › Privacy & memory, local deletion sends journal deletion changes through iCloud only while sync is active; remote completion depends on iCloud. If sync is off, manage prior records in your iCloud storage settings. You can request server-data access or deletion at contact@pawpi.org using the privacy request reference shown in the app. Minimal anti-abuse or refund records may need to be retained as explained below.
Like any web service, the server receives the IP address of each request. We use it only briefly to block abuse (a per-minute request limit) and never write it to our database.
Monthly usage counts are deleted automatically after 13 months; an App Attest key is deleted once its install id has not been used for 13 months; beta Premium grants are deleted one month after they expire. Refunded or revoked subscription ids are kept only as long as needed to honor the refund correctly. Daily statistics are totals not linked to anyone.
Our server and the AI model run on the global network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); Apple provides the App Store, iCloud and App Attest. Data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by these providers. We use no other third-party AI provider; if that changes, we will update this page first.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and receive a copy of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can export and delete the data on your iPhone in the app. On the server, the install id is random, so we cannot tell whose it is; when you contact us, say what you would like and we will explain how to identify your data. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Astraveil is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
For privacy or support requests, email contact@pawpi.org. The app shows a privacy request reference in Me › Privacy & memory, including after local deletion. You may provide that reference to help us locate install records; never send your authentication token, payment details or private journal text.

Nếu bạn bật Đồng bộ nhật ký qua iCloud, nhật ký được lưu thêm trong iCloud riêng tư của bạn (Apple quản lý); chúng tôi không đọc được. Khi bạn bật "Lời giải AI", câu hỏi, các lá bài và ngôn ngữ được gửi qua kết nối mã hóa tới máy chủ của chúng tôi trên Cloudflare; mô hình AI cũng chạy trên Cloudflare (Workers AI) để viết lời giải. Nội dung không được lưu lại và nhật ký yêu cầu của cổng AI được tắt. Máy chủ chỉ lưu một mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên và số lượt dùng mỗi tháng để giới hạn lượt miễn phí, cùng một khóa App Attest của Apple để biết yêu cầu đến từ ứng dụng thật. Nếu bạn đăng ký Premium, máy chủ lưu thêm mã gói đăng ký App Store (không có tên hay email) để đếm lượt Premium và xử lý hoàn tiền.
Khi bạn trò chuyện với AI Guide bằng AI trên máy chủ, câu hỏi, các lá bài và đoạn hội thoại ngắn đó được gửi theo cùng cách và không được lưu. Ba suy ngẫm gần nhất trong nhật ký chỉ được gửi kèm nếu bạn bật riêng "AI Guide trên máy chủ được đọc nhật ký"; bạn có thể tắt bất cứ lúc nào. Chiêm nghiệm hằng tuần (Premium) chỉ gửi những mục nhật ký bạn xem lại và bấm gửi, để tóm tắt một lần rồi bỏ đi.
Để biết app có hoạt động tốt không, app gửi số lần một vài bước diễn ra mỗi ngày (ví dụ: hoàn tất trải bài, mở màn Premium) và tóm tắt sự cố từ MetricKit của Apple (loại sự cố, mã lỗi, phiên bản app và iOS). Máy chủ chỉ cộng dồn thành tổng theo ngày: không có mã cài đặt, không lưu địa chỉ IP, không có câu hỏi, suy ngẫm hay nội dung lời giải. Bạn có thể tắt trong Tôi › Quyền riêng tư & bộ nhớ › Thống kê ẩn danh.
Xóa app chỉ xóa dữ liệu trên máy, không xóa bản đã đồng bộ trong iCloud hay bản ghi số lượt dùng/giao dịch trên máy chủ. Khi đồng bộ đang hoạt động, việc xóa nhật ký gửi thay đổi xóa qua iCloud; hoàn tất từ xa phụ thuộc iCloud. Nếu đồng bộ tắt, quản lý bản cũ trong cài đặt dung lượng iCloud. Gửi yêu cầu truy cập hoặc xóa dữ liệu máy chủ tới contact@pawpi.org kèm mã tham chiếu trong app. Một số bản ghi tối thiểu chống lạm dụng hoặc hoàn tiền có thể cần lưu theo giải thích bên dưới.
Như mọi dịch vụ web, máy chủ nhận địa chỉ IP của yêu cầu. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng nó trong chốc lát để chặn lạm dụng (giới hạn số yêu cầu mỗi phút) và không ghi nó vào cơ sở dữ liệu.
Số lượt dùng theo tháng tự động bị xóa sau 13 tháng; khóa App Attest bị xóa khi mã cài đặt không được dùng trong 13 tháng; mã thử nghiệm Premium bị xóa một tháng sau khi hết hạn. Mã gói đăng ký bị hoàn tiền/thu hồi được giữ chừng nào còn cần để xử lý đúng việc hoàn tiền. Thống kê theo ngày là số tổng không gắn với ai.
Máy chủ và mô hình AI chạy trên mạng toàn cầu của Cloudflare, Inc. (Mỹ); Apple cung cấp App Store, iCloud và App Attest. Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý ngoài nơi bạn sống, kể cả ngoài EU/EEA, dựa trên Khung bảo vệ dữ liệu EU–Mỹ và/hoặc Điều khoản hợp đồng mẫu của Ủy ban châu Âu mà các nhà cung cấp này áp dụng. Chúng tôi không dùng nhà cung cấp AI bên thứ ba nào khác; nếu thay đổi, trang này sẽ được cập nhật trước.
Bạn có quyền truy cập, sửa, xóa, hạn chế xử lý, nhận bản sao dữ liệu, phản đối việc xử lý dựa trên lợi ích hợp pháp và rút lại đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào. Dữ liệu trên iPhone bạn tự xuất và xóa được trong app. Trên máy chủ, mã cài đặt là ngẫu nhiên nên chúng tôi không biết nó thuộc về ai; khi liên hệ, hãy cho biết bạn muốn gì và chúng tôi sẽ hướng dẫn cách xác định dữ liệu của bạn. Nếu bạn ở EU/EEA hoặc Vương quốc Anh, bạn có quyền khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu nơi bạn sống.
Astraveil không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

Bạn có thể cung cấp mã này để chúng tôi tìm bản ghi cài đặt; không gửi mã xác thực, thông tin thanh toán hay nội dung nhật ký riêng tư.
